- Transfers will be available only on Private basis.
- Kindly provide detailed information about your locations to ensure smooth transfer operations.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only.
- Child Age is 3 to 10 years. Under 3 years are free of charge.
- Pickup time may vary depending on your pickup location.
- The transfer service is for 10 hours, with additional charges for any time exceeded
- Children must always be accompanied by an Adult.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Cancellation Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Refunds are not available for destination tickets.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years old will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
- Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.
