All payments will be processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated through official communication channels.
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the booked service will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
4. Chauffeur Services & Transportation
Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.
Chauffeur services may be booked:

- Per trip

5. Visa Services
Visa issuance is subject to approval from immigration authorities of the United Arab Emirates.
Jet To Holidays Tourism LLC is not responsible for:
- Visa delays
- Visa rejections
- Immigration decisionsVisa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted to immigration authorities.
6. MICE Services
MICE services (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) require detailed planning and confirmation.
Specific terms related to:
- Event management
- Venue bookings
- Vendor coordination
- Logistics
will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process.
Deposits paid for MICE services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days before the event date.
7. Excursions & Entry Tickets
All issued tickets for tours, excursions, and attractions are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
Jet To Holidays Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify or adjust tour itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety requirements
- Operational needs
- Government regulations
8. Personal Safety & Liability
Guest safety is important to us.
However, participation in activities such as:
- Desert safaris
- Outdoor excursions
- Adventure activitiesis
is done at the participant’s own risk.

- Personal injuries
- Accidents
- Loss of personal belongings
- Delays caused by external factors
9. Restricted Countries Policy
Jet To Holidays Tourism LLC will not trade with or provide any services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other sanctioned countries according to applicable laws and regulations.
