Cancellation Policy:

• For all cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 48 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
• Refunds are not available for destination tickets.

Child Policy:

• Children under 05 years will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 5 to 12 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
• Children above the age of 12 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.

• Bringing outside alcohol on board is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is permitted only in the designated area at the back of the boat.

• Improper disposal of cigarette butts or garbage overboard will result in a 500 AED fine.

• Dancing is limited to a maximum of 4 people at a time.

• Any form of unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
