- Children below 16 years old can partake in the desert safari activities and will be charged accordingly. However, they are not permitted to engage in Shisha smoking or Dune buggy rides.
- Infants are not allowed to participate in dune bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- If the location is distant from standard pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you to determine a suitable meeting point.
- Transfers, if chosen, will be provided.
- Pregnant women or individuals with backaches are advised against participating in this tour.
- There will be no refunds for unused services.
- Heavy luggage is not permitted during this activity.

If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Refunds are not available for destination tickets.

Children under 03 years will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.
