Cancellation Policy:

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy:

• Children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.

• A clear copy of each passenger’s Emirates ID or passport is mandatory at the time of booking, as per GCAA aviation regulations

• Passport / Emirates ID copies must be uploaded at least 24 hours before the flight to complete check-in

• Guests must also fill and sign the waiver form on-site before the flight. Without these documents, flying will not be permitted

• A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory to share pickup details and tour updates

• Sharing transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, DAMAC Hills, Sharjah, and other emirates

• Private transfers are available from Dubai and other emirates at an additional cost

• Exact pickup time will be shared one day prior, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM

• Guests must be ready 10 minutes before pickup time. Delays may result in flight cancellation

• Shared transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic and location

• Children under 5 years and adults above 70 years are not allowed to fly

• Maximum weight limit: 119 kg. Guests exceeding this require pilot approval and will be charged extra

• Pregnant guests are not permitted to fly

• Guests must be physically fit and able to climb into the basket and maintain a brace position during landing

• Guests with mental, emotional, or physical disabilities are not permitted

• Not recommended for guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, recent major surgery (within 6 months), or fear of heights

• Carrying heavy luggage is not allowed

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying

• Comfortable casual clothing is recommended. Avoid high heels and wear comfortable shoes or boots

• Flights are weather dependent. The pilot has full authority to operate or cancel the flight for safety reasons

• If canceled due to weather, guests will be offered the next available date or a full refund

• 100% no-show charges apply for last-minute cancellations with no refund or alternative tour

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations within 48 hours are fully chargeable and non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 5–11 business days to the original payment method
