Non Refundable
- Please carry a Photo ID with you as it may be asked at the time of your entrance.
- The pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Transfer timings may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some activities may not be operational due to Maintenance or up-gradation and are Subject to Availability
- Real Madrid World is the latest addition to Dubai Parks and Resorts, operating from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Legoland water park is closed on Wednesdays.

- Refunds are available upon request if made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.
Destination Tickets:
- Refunds are not applicable.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years and below 1.2 meters in height will be considered infants, and their entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged 3 and above will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.
