Cancellation Policy:
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Refunds are not available for destination tickets.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infants, and entry will be free of cost.
- Individuals aged between 3 - 65 years will be considered adults and charged at the adult rate.

Transfers: Available only from centrally located hotels/residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic and location. Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted inside transfer vehicles.

Entry Requirements: Guests must carry a valid photo ID or passport. Last park entry is 30 minutes before closing.

Children Policy: Children must always be accompanied by an adult. At Global Village, children must wear a safety wristband provided at ticket counters or information kiosks.

Clothing & Conduct: Modest clothing is required (shoulders and knees covered). Please use proper passages, walkways, and exits. Visitor misconduct or damage to park assets may result in expulsion, with responsibility on the visitor.
