Cancellation Policy:

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
• Refunds are not available for destination tickets.

Child Policy:

• Children under 3 years old will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.

• Pick-Up:
  Pick-up will be arranged from your hotel or apartment location in Dubai. Areas outside the main city limits may be serviced upon request and may incur an additional charge.
• Location Closures:
  Some locations may be closed on certain days or weekends. The tour operator is not responsible for closures and no compensation will be provided.
  
• Ramadan:
  During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted.
  
• Photography:
  Be respectful and avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in conservative areas.
  
• Dress Code:
  Dress modestly with shoulders and knees covered when visiting religious sites and public areas.
