Cancellation Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Refunds are not available for destination tickets.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years old will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
- Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.
- One-way transfer:Â This service is for transportation from the airport only.
- ID required:Â Please bring a valid ID or passport during your transfer.
- Flight information needed:Â Provide your detailed flight arrival time to ensure a smooth pickup.
- Large luggage:Â Oversized and excess baggage may be subject to space limitations.
- Strict no-show policy:Â Failure to arrive within the designated time will result in a no-show with no rescheduling or refund.
