Cancellation Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Refunds are not available for destination tickets.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Shared transfers are available exclusively from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina. If your location is distant from these pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you accordingly.
- Infants are not permitted to participate in dune bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the tour.
- Pregnant women or individuals with backache are advised against participating in this tour.
- No refunds will be issued for services that are only partly utilized.
- Heavy luggage is not allowed during this activity.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on the trip schedule and prevailing traffic conditions at your location.
Note: - Belly dancing performances and alcohol service will not be available during the Holy month of Ramadan.
