- For All Dolphin activities, guests are not allowed to wear a single accessory. Eg: watch earrings, or any such accessory which can hurt sea creatures at the time of experience.
- Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior at the ticketing counter for the collection of wristbands. After the collection of wristbands, guests can reach the designated location via buggies.
