- If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

- Children under 4 years will be considered infants and will have free entry.
- Children aged from 4 to 11 years will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
