Ain Dubai, located on Bluewaters Island, is the world’s tallest observation wheel, soaring 250 meters above the city. This colossal structure offers a unique 38-minute ride, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of Dubai’s skyline, including iconic landmarks like Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa. With 48 modern cabins, each holding up to 40 passengers, Ain Dubai can accommodate 1,750 guests at a time. Beyond the scenic ride, visitors can enjoy luxurious dining options, entertainment, and a large LED screen displaying ads and movies. For added comfort, cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with top-tier safety features, ensuring a smooth experience with minimal motion sickness. - Please carry the tickets downloaded from the booking dashboard to gain entry.
- Carry a valid ID/Passport and your downloaded tickets for entry.
- Arrive 30–60 minutes early to complete the entry process.
- Children and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
- Ain Dubai will close 30 minutes before park closing.
- Cabins are fully air-conditioned, and one rotation takes 38 minutes.
- External food is not allowed; only F&B from Ain Dubai's lounge or concessions is permitted.
- Ain Dubai may close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds, or technical malfunctions.
- Tickets must be used within the validity period specified on them.
- The second venue must be visited within 7 days of the first redemption, regardless of the order.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or revalidated, either fully or partially.
- Tickets must be redeemed at the specified attractions listed above. Interchanging the second attraction will not be accepted
- Tickets must be used by the same guests at both attractions. Entry will be denied if any misuse of tickets is found at the gates.
