1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance. Payment links will be provided for secure transactions.
- Prices may vary based on availability, season, and demand.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the booked service will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the service.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Chauffeur Services & Transportation
- Vehicle availability is subject to booking confirmation. Chauffeur services can be booked per hour or per trip.
- Airport transfers (arrival and departure) are provided upon request and are subject to additional charges.
4. Visa Services
- Visa issuance is subject to UAE immigration approval, and Jet to Holidays Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any delays or rejections.
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted to immigration.
5. MICE Services
- Event planning (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) requires detailed coordination and confirmation. Specific terms will be discussed at the time of booking.
- Deposits for MICE services are required and are non-refundable upon cancellation within 30 days of the event.
6. Excursions & Entry Tickets
- All entry tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
- Jet to Holidays Tourism LLC reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for excursions based on weather, safety, or operational requirements.
7. Personal Safety & Liability
- We take utmost care in ensuring the safety of our guests. However, participation in activities like desert safaris is at your own risk.
- Jet to Holidays Tourism LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages during tours or transfers.
8. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make changes to any pre-arranged tours due to operational reasons, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
