Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
• Refunds are not available for destination tickets.

Child Policy:

• Children under 3 years old will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate

• One-way Transfer: Pick up from Dubai Airport and drop off at your destination in Abu Dhabi.

• Well-maintained, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicles.

• ID/Passport: Ensure you carry a valid ID or Passport during the transfer.

• Service Based on Booking: The service is provided based on your booking selection (one-way or round-trip).

• Schedule Considerations: Transfers are scheduled keeping in mind traffic conditions and flight times.

• Flight Details: Provide your flight details to ensure smooth pick-up and drop-off.

• No Refunds: No refunds for unused or partially used services.

• Oversized Baggage: Oversized baggage will be subject to storage space availability.

• No Shows: If you fail to show up on time, your transfer will not be rescheduled or refunded.
