- Booking Confirmation:Â Coordinate with us and confirm your Snow Premium slot at least 48 hours before your visit.
- Confirmation Email:Â Bring our confirmation email with you to the venue.
- Provided Equipment:Â Ski/Snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, socks, boots, gloves, and helmets (for safety).
- Helmet Requirement:Â Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
- Snow Bullet Ride Restrictions:
- Age: 8+ years old
- Height: 125 cm (minimum)
- Weight: 30 kg (minimum) for children, 120 kg (maximum) for adults
- Height & Weight Restrictions:Â Some rides have restrictions, so please inquire.
- Camera & Mobile Restrictions:Â No mobile phones or cameras allowed in the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Food & Drinks: Only permitted at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (10 am - midnight).
