- Service Area: This transfer service covers Terminals 1, 2, and 3 of Dubai International Airport only.
- Strict No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive within the designated pick-up window will be considered a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund offered.
- Luxury Upgrade Option: Limousine and luxury transfers are available for an additional cost.
- Pick-Up Details: Your chosen time slot corresponds to pick-up from your hotel or residence.
- Travel Buffer: Allow a minimum of 3.5 hours between your flight departure time and your pick-up time to ensure you arrive at the airport comfortably.

Cancellation Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Refunds are not available for destination tickets.
Child Policy:
- Children under 3 years old will be considered as infants and their entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
- Children above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will be charged the adult rate.
